I'd buy that! I passed on the new trades because the paper quality was actually worse than the ones I got in the '80s.
Aren't there also hardcovers? Have you looked at those? (I've ordered the trades.)
Nah, they shrink wrap hardcovers, so I can't check them out at the store. Usually, the paper stock is the same either way, though. I wouldn't have to second-guess the quality on an Archive or Absolute edition like I do with standard hardcovers.
The paper on the hardcovers is the same as in the paperbacks, unfortunately.I would so buy a JLI archives edition, just for the intro column alone.
